All Massages will be tailor made to meet the need of the client and based on the principals of Swedish Massage. Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology and Reiki will be incorporated as needed following consultation.  
 

YOGA

Yoga classes include the principles of Hatha and Vinyasa and are suitable for beginner through advanced students. Every class incorporates breathing instruction and massage during final relaxation.
